Move Your Training Online

There are many reasons for switching from in-person classes to online learning:

• Increased flexibility of on-demand learning

• Lack of resources to develop and implement instructor-led classes

The good news is, it can be done. The bad news is, it can be done poorly and ineffectively. Narrating a classroom PowerPoint presentation and animating the bullets is not effective e-learning. Adding games may increase engagement in the moment, but they don’t guarantee learning that can be transferred to the job.
